SECTION 4: OUR PRODUCTS
We have made reasonable efforts to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display colors exactly.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Any product offer made on this website is subject to availability.
SECTION 5: ORDER PROCESS AND PRICING
5.1. Placing an Order: When you place an order on our website, you are making a binding purchase offer. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion (for example, in case of product unavailability, price error, or suspected fraud).
5.2. Order Confirmation: The sales contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email and we have processed the payment. This confirmation will include the order details, total price, and shipping information.
5.3. Prices: Product prices will be those in effect at the time the order is placed. All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with current legislation and the buyer's location.
5.4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before completing the purchase. These costs vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
5.5. Payment Information: You warrant that the payment information provided is valid, correct, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through certified secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or others). Glory The Shop does not store complete credit or debit card data.
5.6. Manifest Price Errors: If we detect that an order has been placed with a manifest price error (for example, a derisory or clearly incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error), we reserve the right to cancel such order. We will contact the Customer immediately to inform them of the cancellation and offer the option to place the order at the correct price or receive a full refund if they have already paid.
SECTION 6: SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy, which details delivery times, available shipping methods, and destinations.
Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the Customer at the moment when they, or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods, in accordance with Article 66 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
SECTION 7: RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL, AND WARRANTY
Our management of returns, exercise of the right of withdrawal, and application of the legal warranty are entirely governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.
This policy is an essential part of these Terms and includes all details regarding:
- The legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days (in accordance with European consumer protection regulations).
- Our extended commercial return policy (days 15-30).
- Management of the 3-year legal warranty for defective or non-conforming products (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal for hygiene and health reasons.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform. By using the Services, you acknowledge that any purchase you make is directly with Glory The Shop (Laura Rodríguez Portela), and that Shopify acts solely as a technology infrastructure provider.
Shopify is not a party to the sales contract and is not responsible for the products or services purchased, nor for any claims related thereto.

This limitation does not affect consumers' inalienable legal rights under Spanish and European regulations.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
For Consumers: If the User has consumer status (an individual acting for purposes outside their commercial or professional activity), in the event of a dispute, the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile in the European Union shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with Article 90 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumer disputes arising from online purchases. You can access it at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
You may also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Boards or contact consumer associations in your area.
