Shipping policy
We know that as soon as you click "buy", you want your order to arrive as soon as possible, whether it fits your university, office, or everyday routine. At Glory The Shop, we strive to be fast, transparent, and reliable throughout the entire shipping process, ensuring your perfect whimsigoth or forestcore pieces reach you quickly.
Our orders are prepared and dispatched within one to two business days.
There are several shipping options available that you can choose from at checkout: standard, express, or pickup point.
We currently ship within Europe.
Orders within Spain will be delivered within 24–72h, depending on the selected shipping service.
International orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
*Orders for Halfcurve t-shirts are made on demand and will be delivered after a production period of 1 to 2 days, with an additional delivery time of 2 to 5 days.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- In-Stock Orders: We process and dispatch most orders within 1 business day from payment confirmation.
- "On-Demand" Orders (e.g., Halfcurve T-shirts): Some items are made especially for you. These products require an additional manufacturing period of 1 to 2 business days before being shipped. This time is added to the carrier's delivery timeframe. On-demand products are clearly identified in the product Details.
SHIPPING ZONES, COSTS, AND DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship to the following zones. All shipping prices include applicable VAT.
ZONE 1: Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
- Pick-up Point (Recommended): €3.99 – Delivery in 24-72h on business days.
- Standard Home Delivery: €4.99 – Delivery in 24-72h on business days.
- Express Home Delivery: €5.99 – Delivery in 24-48h on business days.
⚠️ EXCLUSIONS (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. These territories have a special tax and customs regime (IGIC, VAT exemptions, and tariffs) that requires different administrative and logistics management. We are working to offer this service in the future.
ZONE 2: European Union (EU)
- International Express Shipping: €9.99 – Delivery in 3-5 business days
This zone includes all member countries of the European Union (mainland and main islands). Shipments within the EU are not subject to additional tariffs or customs duties, as all prices include the corresponding VAT based on the buyer's location.
Outermost or Hard-to-Reach Regions: For orders destined for outermost regions, remote islands, or hard-to-reach areas where logistics costs are disproportionate to the standard fee paid, we reserve the right to contact the customer to request an additional surcharge or, failing that, cancel the order and issue a full refund, with prior notice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery times provided are always estimated guidelines and are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). These times start counting from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, not from the purchase confirmation.
Glory The Shop cannot be held responsible for carrier delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Carrier strikes or labor disputes.
- Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Logistics congestion during peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales).
- Local holidays or unexpected closures of distribution centers.
- Customs or security incidents (for international shipments).
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@glorytheshop.com and we will do everything possible to help you track the shipment.
2. Shipping Address and Contact Information
To ensure your order arrives smoothly, we need you to provide a complete and detailed shipping address, along with a valid mobile phone number so the carrier can easily locate you.
Please double-check your details before completing the purchase, ensuring you include:
- Recipient's full name
- Street, number, floor, and door (if applicable)
- Correct postal code
- City and province
- Active mobile phone number
⚠️ Important: If the package is returned to our facilities due to an error in the provided address or repeated absence at the delivery location, we will proceed to refund the cost of the items. Please note that in these cases, the generated logistics costs (round-trip shipping) will be deducted from the refund. If you prefer us to resend your order, you will need to pay the new shipping fees.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing:
- Confirmation that your order has been shipped.
- The tracking number.
- A direct link to the carrier's website so you can track your package in real-time.
If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Order Receipt
Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you:
- Inspect the package in the presence of the carrier to verify that the outer packaging shows no visible damage (dents, tears, moisture, etc.).
- If the package is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery slip or reject the package directly to the carrier.
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening it and contact us immediately at info@glorytheshop.com.
Once the package is accepted without incident, the carrier will consider it delivered in perfect condition.
INCIDENTS: DAMAGED, LOST, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
As sellers, we are responsible for your order until you receive it correctly. If you experience any issues, please proceed as follows:
Damaged Package:
- If the package arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, reject it to the carrier or clearly note it on the delivery slip.
- Take photos of the package's condition and the damaged contents.
- Contact us immediately at info@glorytheshop.com attaching the photos. We will open a claim with the shipping agency and offer you a product replacement or a full refund.
Lost or Undelivered Package:
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or the tracking indicates it has been delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately at info@glorytheshop.com.
- We will open an urgent claim with the shipping agency to locate the shipment.
- If the package cannot be located, we will offer to resend the order at no additional cost or provide a full refund, according to your preference.
Defective or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please consult our Refund and Warranty Policy, which details the complete procedure for managing these cases.
