Who is behind Glory?

Hi there! We are Laura and Jairo. Glory is our personal project, a haven we created to rebel against the superficial and offer accessories that truly represent you. If you want to know more, you can read our full story here.

Will you be restocking sold-out products?

Generally, yes. We are continuously restocking products to try and keep them in stock, but in many cases, we depend on manufacturing times that can take up to 6 months.

To be the first to know when a specific product is restocked, you can activate the restock notifications on the product page by entering your email address. You'll get a notification as soon as it's available.

On the other hand, in some cases, designs are discontinued by the brands and will no longer be available.

Discounts and Promotions

On our SALE page, you can find discounted products all year round and last units of items that may not be available again.

All About Our Digital Gift Cards

Our cards are 100% digital and delivered straight to your email immediately after purchase, free of processing fees or hidden costs.

Enjoy a fully flexible balance that you don’t need to spend all at once; any remaining amount is automatically saved for future orders, covering products, taxes, and shipping.

Plus, you can combine it with other discount codes in the same order. Just keep in mind that the balance cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.


What are the shipping rates?

SPAIN:

  • Standard Shipping: 4,99 €

  • Express Shipping: 5,99 €

  • Pickup Point: 3,99 €

EUROPE:

  • Express Shipping: 9,99 €

Free shipping on orders over 99 €

How long does shipping take?

After receiving payment for the order, we will proceed with its preparation and packaging, ensuring that all products are correctly protected for their perfect delivery. Generally, our orders are prepared and dispatched in 1 business day.

Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

There are several shipping options that you can choose when processing your order. Standard, express, or collection point shipping.

We currently ship within Europe.

  • Orders within Spain will be delivered via express in 24-48h or standard in 24-72h on business days depending on the chosen shipping service.

  • International delivery orders will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

*These terms are indicative and although they are met in 99% of cases, they may vary due to causes related to the carrier and, therefore, beyond our capabilities.

**Halfcurve t-shirt orders are made on demand and will be delivered after a manufacturing period of 1 to 2 days, with an additional delivery time of 2 to 5 days.

How do I return my order?

You have 30 days from delivery confirmation to request a return.

Returns are free and self-managed. We provide a free return label. You can also use your own carrier if you prefer.

We offer two options:

  • Store Credit: 100% of the amount paid (original shipping included), ready to spend in our store.

  • Refund: The value of your purchase (original shipping excluded after day 15).

To process a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing components due to reasons beyond our control, we will issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product. You will be notified beforehand.

For exchanges, please return the original item following this policy and place a new order for the item of your choice.

If your item is defective, both the return and the new shipment are completely free.

How to proceed?
The fastest way is to request your return directly from your customer profile. If you experience any issues, email us at info@glorytheshop.com with your order number and we'll guide you through every step.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that the refund has been issued and provide you with all the details. The refund will be processed automatically, and the timeframe for the amount to appear in your bank account will depend on the payment method used (typically 1 to 7 days).

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET?

If you feel too many days have passed since your refund was issued and you still haven't received the money, please contact us at info@glorytheshop.com. We will review your case to ensure the process was completed correctly.
