CHRISTMAS 2025 SHIPPING GUIDE 🎄 WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ON TIME?

Due to the high volume of shipments handled by carriers during this season, we have created this recommended shopping calendar to help ensure your order arrives before December 24th:


📅 RECOMMENDED DEADLINES

  • International Shipping 🌍 Thursday, December 4th.

  • Standard Shipping (Spain) 📍 Friday, December 12th.

  • Express Shipping (Spain) 🚀 Wednesday, December 17th.

  • Correos Pick-up Point (Spain) 📦 Wednesday, December 17th.


⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

To avoid misunderstandings, please keep the following points in mind before placing your order:

  • If you purchase after the deadline: We will process your order as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee that it will arrive before Christmas Eve. If you are running late, we strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping.

  • Estimated dates: The deadlines indicated are estimates based on information from the transport agencies. They do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

  • Liability: Once we hand the package over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistical saturation, weather, or route incidents, although we will always try to help you in any way we can.

  • Weekends & holidays: Remember that delivery times are in business days. Transport services pause on weekends and public holidays.

  • Balearic Islands: Shipments to the islands require extra logistical processes. Please add 2-3 extra days of margin to the dates indicated above.

Who is behind Glory?

Will you be restocking sold-out products?

Generally, yes. We are continuously restocking products to try and keep them in stock, but in many cases, we depend on manufacturing times that can take up to 6 months.

To be the first to know when a specific product is restocked, you can activate the restock notifications on the product page by entering your email address. You'll get a notification as soon as it's available.

On the other hand, in some cases, designs are discontinued by the brands and will no longer be available.

Discounts and Promotions

On our SALE page, you can find discounted products all year round and last units of items that may not be available again.

You can get FREE SHIPPING:

  • By subscribing to our newsletter (only available for your first order).

  • On orders over €99.

We occasionally offer special discounts and promotions for our customers. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media to receive updates on exclusive offers.

What are the shipping rates?

SPAIN:

  • Standard Shipping: €4,99
  • Express Shipping: €5,99
  • Pickup Point: €3,99

EUROPE:

  • Express Shipping: €9,99

How long does shipping take?

After receiving payment, we will prepare and pack your order, ensuring all products are properly protected for a safe delivery. Generally, our orders are prepared and dispatched within one to two business days.

You can choose from several shipping options during checkout: Standard, Express, or Pickup Point.

We currently ship within Europe.

Orders within Spain will be delivered in 24-72 hours.

International orders will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days depending of destination.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier-related issues, which are outside of our control.

*Halfcurve t-shirts are made to order. Please allow a manufacturing period of 1 to 2 days, plus an additional 2 to 5 days for delivery.

How do I return my order?

You can request a return within 30 days from the delivery confirmation.

You have two options for the return:

  • Store Credit: A 100% refund (including shipping) issued as a gift card to spend on our site.

  • Refund: A refund for your order. A €1,99 handling fee will be deducted from the total. (Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective or arrived damaged).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we cannot issue a full refund. In this case, we will issue a partial refund calculated based on the damage to the product. This will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original item (following the policy above) and place a new order for the item you want.

Defective Items: In the case of a replacement for a defective product, all return and new shipping costs will be free of charge.

HOW TO PROCEED:

  • If you need to return an item, please email us at info@glorytheshop.com or request the return through your account profile. We will contact you with all the steps to follow.
When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that the refund has been issued and provide you with all the details. The refund will be processed automatically, and the timeframe for the amount to appear in your bank account will depend on the payment method used (typically 1 to 5 days).

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET?

If you feel too many days have passed since your refund was issued and you still haven't received the money, please contact us at info@glorytheshop.com. We will review your case to ensure the process was completed correctly.
