This project was created in 2018 by Laura and Jairo, two fans of alternative fashion fulfilling their dream of being entrepreneurs.

In our store you can find alternative footwear, accessories and accessories from well-known brands from the alternative world such as New Rock, KOI Footwear, Banned Apparel, Restyle or Liquor Brand; as well as products designed by ourselves and made in Germany.

Accepted payment methods

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other secure payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

Shipping Policy

After receiving the payment of the order we will proceed to its preparation and packaging, making sure that all the products are properly protected for their correct delivery. Generally, our orders are prepared and shipped in one or two working days.

If payment is made by wire transfer, the order will not be prepared until payment is received. If you have chosen this payment method and you want to speed up the delivery of your order, you can send us a proof of the transfer to info@glorytheshop.com so that we can check the data and prepare your shipment immediately. Otherwise, even if you have chosen the overnight delivery option, the order will not be shipped until we have received your payment correctly.

There are several shipping options that you can choose from when placing your order.

Orders within Spain will be delivered within 24/72 hours.


Orders with international delivery will be delivered in 3 to 5 days depending on the destination. These delivery times are approximate and may vary for reasons related to the carrier and, therefore, beyond our capabilities.

*Halfcurve orders are made on demand and will be delivered after a manufacturing period of 1 to 2 days, with an additional delivery time of 2 to 5 days.

Return policy

RETURNS

The deadline to request the return of a product is 14 calendar days.

To request a return, please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

Some products are exempt from return, for example:

  • Gift cards.
  • Some health and personal care items.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing components for reasons beyond our control, we will not be able to issue a full refund and will issue a partial refund calculated according to the damage to the product.

All this will be previously communicated to the customer.

EXCHANGES

In case you want to exchange a product, the customer will bear the cost of return and shipping costs of the new product will be free.

In case of replacement of a defective product, we will bear the cost of the return and the cost of the new shipment.

The cost per return request is 1,95 € which will be deducted from your refund.


*We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Once your refund has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the issuance of the refund and informed of any refund details. The refund will be issued automatically and the time to return the amount to your bank account will depend on the method of payment used (usually within 1 to 5 days).

LATE REFUNDS

If you consider that too many days have passed since the issuance of your refund and you still have not received the money you can contact us at info@glorytheshop.com and we will review your case.
