Refund policy

 

Free and self-managed returns: Generate the label at no cost directly from your customer profile.

You have 30 days from delivery to submit the request.

We offer two options:

  • Gift voucher (Store Credit): 100% refund of the amount (including original shipping costs).
  • Refund to payment method: The total amount of the products will be refunded (original shipping is only refunded if you withdraw within the first 14 days).

*You can also manage the shipment with your own courier if you prefer.

REQUEST A RETURN

To process your return, the fastest way is to request it directly in your customer profile. If you have any issue with the platform, you can write to info@glorytheshop.com with your order number and we will help you with the process.

Shipping responsibility:

  • If you use our label (free): We assume any incident during transit. It is essential that you keep the proof of deposit given to you by the transport office.

  • If you ship on your own: You are responsible for the package reaching our warehouse. We recommend using a service with a tracking number (tracking). We are not responsible for lost packages outside our service.

 

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

For us to process your return, the item must be in good condition and show no signs of use. We ask that you package the products as safely as possible (using the original packaging if possible) to avoid damage during transport.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Days 1 to 14):

In accordance with EU legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product.

  • Refund: We will return all payments received, including the original shipping costs (standard method) without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision. We may withhold this refund until we have received the goods, or until you provide proof of their return.
  • Return cost: We will provide you with a free return label. You can also manage the shipment on your own with the courier of your choice.
  • Product condition: If the product has been handled more than necessary to check its nature (as you would in a physical store) and shows a decrease in value, a partial refund proportional to said depreciation will be applied. This partial refund will be calculated by subtracting the cost of the product's depreciation from the total (for example, the cost of new packaging, cleaning or repair). We will always communicate this calculation to you before processing the refund.

 

COMMERCIAL RETURN (Days 15 to 30):

As a commercial courtesy, we extend your return period to 30 calendar days from receipt.

For returns requested between day 15 and 30, we offer two options:

  • Option A (Store Credit): We will issue a voucher for 100% of the order value (including original shipping costs) for your next purchase. This voucher has no expiry date.
  • Option B (Refund): We will refund the amount of the products. Original shipping costs are not refundable under this option.

In both cases we will provide you with a free return label, or you can send it on your own if you prefer.

The same product depreciation conditions mentioned above apply to these returns.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you have received a damaged, defective product or one that does not match what you ordered, we will take care of everything.

  • How to proceed: Contact us immediately (info@glorytheshop.com) and we will send you a free return label.
  • Solution: We will cover all return costs and send you a new replacement product at no cost. If replacement is not possible, we will offer you a full refund.

 

REFUND

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the issuance of the refund and informed of any details regarding it. The refund will be issued automatically and the timeframe for the amount to be returned to your bank account will depend on the payment method used (normally the timeframe is 1 to 7 days).

 

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET?

If you feel that too many days have passed since the issuance of your refund and you still have not received the money, you can contact us by writing to info@glorytheshop.com and we will review your case to ensure that the process has been completed correctly.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not make direct exchanges. If you wish to have a different product, you must process the return of the original item (following this policy) and place a new order.

 

LEGAL WARRANTY (3 YEARS)

All our products are covered by the mandatory legal warranty of 3 years established by Spanish and European legislation, which covers lack of conformity or manufacturing defects.

  • What does it cover? Defects that existed at the time of delivery and that manifest within the following 3 years.

  • What is it not? This is not a comprehensive insurance policy. It does not cover normal wear, aging, accidental breakage, misuse or damage from water or improper care of accessories.

  • Proof of Conformity: It will be presumed that any lack of conformity manifesting within two years of delivery already existed when the product was delivered. From that point on (during the third year), it will be the customer's responsibility to demonstrate that the fault is a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect within this period, contact us at info@glorytheshop.com with photos of the defect and your order number. We will evaluate your case. In accordance with the law, you will have the right to choose between the repair or replacement of the product (unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionate for us). If repair or replacement is not possible, or is not carried out within a reasonable timeframe, you may opt for a price reduction or cancellation of the contract (refund).
